The Alberta Bair Theater is dedicated to providing all of our patrons with a pleasurable experience and a comfortable environment.
The following information should provide you with answers to questions you may have upon visiting our theater. Disabled seating is available by request by phone at 406-256-6052, online at www.albertabairtheater.org, the Rimrock Mall Customer Service Center and the Alberta Bair Theater Box Office on the corner of Broadway and 3rd Avenue N. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. There are nine wheelchair spaces are available on the main floor. These spaces, plus an adjoining seat, are withheld from general sale until the day of the performance or until the event is otherwise sold out. Because seating for persons with disabilities is limited, therefore only one additional ticket is allowed for an attendant within the same section. Wheelchair access is available through any of the main doors.
Is the sound too loud? Depending on where you are sitting during a performance, you may feel that the volume is a bit loud. Please remember that we have complementary soft foam earplugs available which will reduce the sound for you; just request them from the ushers. Complimentary listening devices are also available at the Coat Check Counter for those with hearing impairments.
If you need further assistance, please call our office at 406-256-6052, Monday-Saturday, Noon-5:00pm (Monday-Friday during summer).
